Overview

In this role, you will establish and evolve the data governance framework to support digital activation, reporting, and performance measurement across 10+ global markets. You will ensure data structures, taxonomies, and standards are consistently applied across digital and offline media. As process owner for taxonomy governance and data quality, you will enable accurate reporting and strategic decision-making. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive compliance, automation, and scalable data solutions that fuel business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor governance and taxonomy compliance across global markets using quality checks and corrective actions
  • Lead governance reviews with market and central teams to align on standards and priorities
  • Drive continuous improvements to data quality, governance processes, and operational efficiency
  • Provide actionable insights when data quality affects reporting accuracy or business performance
  • Partner with analytics, activation, and planning teams to ensure data structures support measurement and decision-making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across markets to resolve data challenges and embed governance best practices
  • Support evolution of reporting and data infrastructure by identifying opportunities for automation and scalable solutions
Key requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in data governance, data management, analytics, or digital media in a multi-market environment
  • Strong knowledge of taxonomy management, metadata standards, data quality controls, and compliance processes
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, DV360, Google Ads)
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, and advanced Excel
  • Ability to clean, validate, and manage datasets for reporting readiness
