Data Governance Security Architect

Shape data governance and security architecture through hands-on analysis of enterprise data flows, controls, and integration patterns.

This Data Architect supports a strategic data controls and governance initiative. The work spans data architecture, data governance, data security, integration architecture, and cloud data platforms. You will assess risks, design remediation solutions, define controls, and support approved architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze batch and API data flows across systems
• Develop current-state and target-state architecture diagrams
• Perform lineage, impact, and dependency assessments
• Define classification, retention, and handling requirements
• Design data minimization and protection strategies

Requirements:

• Conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling skills
• Experience with data governance frameworks and metadata management
• Knowledge of PII classification and data privacy
• Understanding of encryption, access governance, RBAC, and ABAC
• Experience with cloud data platforms and integration architecture
