As Data & Insights Analyst for the European Supply Chain, you transform demand, customer and supply data into actionable insights that drive faster, better decisions. You’ll work with Planning, Commercial, Finance and senior leaders to uncover opportunities, manage risk and improve performance, while shaping how we use data, automation and AI for a more predictive, insight-led future. This role blends analytical rigor with commercial thinking to turn data into stories that drive measurable business impact. A strong hook is your ability to influence decision-makers across functions through clear analytics and dashboards.

- Turn data from demand, customers, promotions and supply chain operations into insights that improve forecast accuracy and business performance
- Spot emerging risks and opportunities early to protect service, revenue, margin and stock availability
- Create dashboards, scorecards and performance packs to provide a trusted view of key metrics
- Apply advanced analytics, predictive techniques and AI-enabled solutions to model scenarios and improve decisions
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve accessibility of insights
- Partner with Planning, Customer Supply, Commercial and Finance to align performance narratives and drive action
- Proven experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain Analytics or similar insight-focused role
- Strong Power BI expertise including dashboard development, data modelling, Power Query and DAX
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills with large/complex datasets
- Ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations and influence stakeholders across the organisation
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of data impact on customer performance, profitability, service and operations
- Curious mindset with passion for problem-solving, continuous improvement and data-driven decision making
- Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, supply chain, forecasting or planning environments is advantageous
- Exposure to predictive analytics, Microsoft Fabric, SAP, Python, R or AI-enabled analytical tools would be beneficial
