Data Insights & Business Intelligence Analyst

In this role, you will produce and analyze management reporting to support SLS operations and governance. You’ll monitor how strategies perform and partner with the Continuous Improvement Lead to identify and implement changes. You provide insightful commentary on monthly and quarterly reports for cross‑functional teams and key stakeholders. You’ll help with forecasting, process optimisation and change initiatives to improve efficiency and alignment with client and regulatory needs. • Provide Management Information: prepare internal and external reporting within required timelines and ensure data accuracy
• Data Insight and Commentary: offer insights and commentary on performance against strategies for operations and clients, including papers for governance
• Resource Forecasting: collaborate with Operations and Customer Contact to create and deliver workforce forecasts (FTE blueprint)
• Financial Forecasting: assist in monitoring, tracking and forecasting departmental performance against budgets
• Optimisation: identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiency enhancements
• Process Analysis and Implementation: support improvements through process analysis and execution within the change framework
• Change Management: monitor strategy changes and assess effectiveness with the Continuous Improvement Lead
• Assist with key strategic priorities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams

• Proven experience in reporting and analysis, preferably in mortgage litigation and repossession conveyancing operations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present findings to stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
