Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Developer to support development and daily operations within Market Risk IT.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ETL/ELT processes, database programming, and data integration tools, with experience in financial services projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and project-based development for risk management systems.
• Design and develop ETL/ELT processes across heterogeneous data systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data integration workflows.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to best practices for data governance and compliance.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in financial projects (preferably Market Risk).
• Strong experience in SQL and database programming (MS SQL Server preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with ETL/ELT tools such as SSIS and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in Python, Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Snowflake DB.
• Experience with job scheduling and automation tools (Tidal preferred).
• Strong testing and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Git for change management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to advanced data integration frameworks and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ETL workflows.
