Overview

In this role you will support and configure integrations that connect nCino to customers’ tech ecosystems, ensuring smooth data movement and successful deployments. You’ll work with project owners and customers, deepening expertise in the Integration Framework and data model while growing into more complex implementations. You’ll identify root causes, optimize data flows, and leverage AI tools to automate routine tasks. This position offers a clear path to ownership of customer relationships and higher-impact projects.

Responsibilities
  • Provide data integration and implementation support within the nCino platform to ensure successful deployments
  • Follow and improve alert/escalation processes and resolve issues based on data compatibility in customer environments
  • Operate within the nCino Integration Framework and suggest efficiency improvements
  • Provide regular progress updates to project owners and customers
  • Gain knowledge of product specifications and support their implementation in new releases
  • Troubleshoot via configuration review, logs, and debugging tools with clear root cause analysis
  • Build understanding of the nCino data model and CRM integrations to optimize configurations
  • Leverage AI tools to automate routine tasks and improve accuracy and efficiency
Key requirements
  • Background in data integrations from Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Experience with databases and ETL tooling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Track record of learning new technologies and processes
  • Experience with data modeling in CRM and familiarity with SQL or similar
  • Familiarity with JSON, HTML, or scripting languages (Python or PowerShell) is a plus
  • Experience with CRM platforms (nCino or Salesforce) or understanding of loan processes in financial services is advantageous
