Data Lead

Salary: £54,000 - 94,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale data platform programmes from inception through to delivery
• Strong experience operating within large business transformation programmes
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of modern cloud data platforms and data operating models
• Experience delivering within Microsoft technology environments, including Azure
• Desirable: experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Desirable: exposure to Dynamics 365 transformation programmes

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of a large-scale enterprise data platform implementation
• Define and drive our data workstream strategy, roadmap, and governance
• Support our programme transition to an MVP-led delivery approach, ensuring focus on business value and measurable outcomes
• Review and help shape our future operating model, benefits realisation, and target-state data capabilities
• Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders across the UK and US
• Manage dependencies across wider transformation initiatives, including Dynamics 365 and Azure
