Overview

As Data Lead, you will steer a large-scale data platform transformation across the business, aligning data strategy with delivery outcomes. You’ll work across UK and US teams to shape operating models, governance, and benefits realisation, ensuring MVP-led value delivery. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, engaging senior stakeholders to keep the programme on track. You will help modernise core platforms and integrations (Dynamics 365, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric) to unlock measurable impact.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of a large-scale enterprise data platform implementation
  • Define and drive the data workstream strategy, roadmap, and governance
  • Support the programme’s transition to an MVP-led delivery approach with focus on business value
  • Review and shape future operating model, benefits realisation, and target-state data capabilities
  • Collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders across the UK and US
  • Manage dependencies across transformation initiatives, including Dynamics 365 and Azure
Key requirements
  • Proven track record leading enterprise-scale data platform programmes from inception through delivery
  • Experience in large business transformation programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of modern cloud data platforms and data operating models
  • Experience delivering within Microsoft technology environments, including Azure
