Data Management Analyst

As a Data Management Analyst at DWF, you will safeguard the accuracy and completeness of supplier master data to support procurement and finance operations. You will work within the Finance Shared Service Centre to uphold data governance standards and drive improvements in master data practices. The role involves interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholders to validate information and maintain data quality at scale. This hybrid Manchester role offers exposure to procurement and accounting processes and a path to specialist expertise in data management with real operational impact.

• Create, maintain and validate supplier master data to keep records accurate and compliant
• Perform data quality checks and identify anomalies
• Engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders to validate critical information (e.g., banking details)
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable and other business teams to improve data management processes and controls
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering robust data governance and operational efficiency

• Experience in Master Data Management, Data Administration or similar data-focused role
• Attention to detail and commitment to data quality
• Experience creating, maintaining and validating large data records
• Excellent communication skills for supplier and stakeholder engagement
• Strong systems aptitude and ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
