Overview

In this hands-on Data Analyst role, you will build Tableau dashboards, analyze data, and solve business problems. You will manage end-to-end Tableau solutions, engaging stakeholders to ensure intuitive, valuable reporting that users adopt. You will leverage SQL sources, maintain governance, and drive transitions from EUDA processes to governed, platform-based solutions. You will collaborate across Risk, Treasury, Operations and IT, and work with an agile SDLC while staying organized and delivery-focused. This role offers meaningful impact by delivering trustworthy, user-centered data insights.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points
  • Analyze existing tools and EUDA-based solutions
  • Define functional and data requirements
  • Design and build user-friendly Tableau dashboards
  • Prioritize end-user experience, usability, and adoption
  • Translate business problems into scalable data solutions
  • Work with SQL-based data sources to support reporting
  • Drive transition from EUDA-based processes to governed solutions
  • Contribute to data governance and change management for core data sources
  • Collaborate with Risk, Treasury, Operations and IT teams
  • Apply agile mode when rapid iteration is needed and maintain documentation when appropriate
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across deliverables
Key requirements
  • Tableau dashboards development experience with demonstrable work
  • Strong SQL skills with query writing and troubleshooting
  • Client-focused approach and ability to respond to user needs
  • Understanding of version control concepts and development lifecycle practices
  • Strong self-organization, ownership, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with incomplete requirements and seek clarification
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in financial services, risk, treasury, or operational reporting is advantageous but not required
