Data Management Lead

In this role you will shape and govern the company’s data practices, working with governance, engineering and business teams to secure data quality and compliance. You’ll build a scalable Enterprise Data Foundation and guide its implementation through real use cases. You will partner across functions to embed best practices and raise data literacy through training. • Maintain data integrity across systems
• Establish data flow tracking and enforce governance controls
• Oversee data privacy compliance and collaborate with IT on safeguarding sensitive information
• Manage master data for consistency across platforms
• Collaborate to embed data management best practices across data lifecycle
• Drive data governance awareness through training and education programs
• Implement tools and KPIs to monitor and improve data asset quality

• Insurance industry data knowledge and needs
• Experience creating and executing strategic roadmaps and implementation plans
• Hands-on experience with data governance, quality management, metadata, lineage, and master/reference data strategies including compliance
• Proficiency with data management platforms such as Purview, Collibra, and Informatica
• Experience with Azure and familiarity with data governance tools
• Strong collaboration across diverse teams to deliver data management solutions
