Based: Hybrid - Max 2 days p/w onsite. Flexible on location: Newcastle, London, Leeds, Manchester, Blackpool or Sheffield

Rate: £400 - £450 p/d - (via Umbrella company)

Key Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for the delivery, management and quality of all products and services.
  • Driving the live service function, by leading and managing investigations on data related incidents and quality issues and being responsible for providing recommendations based on in depth research and determination of the options to data suppliers and stakeholders
  • Leading and supporting work required to develop specific fixes and to implement solutions.
  • Ensuring the continuity of existing services by identifying, planning around, and managing risk.
  • Ensuring adherence to data security and governance policies across the Tribe, by acting as a subject matter expert.
  • Working with colleagues across Digital to continuously improve the quality of data collected and support the generation of new insights.
  • Being open to innovating with technology and work methods to improve reporting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead Criterion: Evidence of ability to apply knowledge and experience of using coding language such as SQL or equivalent, including use of tools and techniques and adopting those most appropriate for the environment to achieve the desired outcome.
  • Demonstrable ability to assess and prioritise different issues, using proactive thinking, thorough investigation and clear problem solving to achieve good outcomes.
  • Evidence of working with large and complex data from multiple sources, and able to draw out clear insights that support operational and strategic decision making.
  • Demonstratable evidence of strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience summarising and explaining complex data clearly to a wider audience.
  • Experience of being influential and having the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and the wider community to deliver shared goals.
