We’re looking for an experienced Data Manager to join MM Flowers at a really exciting point in our digital transformation journey.

This isn’t a role focused on simply maintaining existing reports.

We’re looking for someone who can help us shape how data is governed, connected, automated and used across our business – creating a trusted and scalable data environment that helps our teams make better, faster decisions.

You’ll take a leading role in:

  • Developing our data strategy and roadmap
  • Driving data governance, quality and ownership
  • Developing our Power BI and reporting environment
  • Reducing manual reporting through automation
  • Connecting data across ERP, WMS, planning and other enterprise systems
  • Partnering with teams across Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Technical and People
  • Exploring how AI and advanced analytics can create genuine business value

We’re looking for someone with strong experience across Data Management, BI or Analytics, ideally with knowledge of Power BI, SQL, data modelling and data governance.

Experience within FMCG, manufacturing or another fast-paced operational environment would be a real advantage.

Competitive salary, dependent on experience
