Overview

As Data Manager, you will own the data lifecycle for Global Estates, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of insights. You’ll standardise data practices, drive automation and explore AI to reduce manual effort. You’ll report to the Global Head of Estates and enable senior decision-making with clear, actionable information. This role combines data governance with stakeholder collaboration to elevate estates reporting and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage key data inputs across Global Estates to ensure completeness and timeliness
  • Establish data standards, processes and controls; cleanse, validate and reconcile data
  • Serve as the central expert for Estates data and information management
  • Own Estates reports, dashboards and management information; enhance presentation and usability
  • Automate recurring reports and data consolidation; develop exception reporting and controls
  • Continuously improve data processes; refresh input templates to reflect business needs
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI/automation for data processing and reporting; stay updated on new tech
  • Provide high-quality data and analysis to the Global Head of Estates and leadership; translate requirements into practical solutions
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and information requests; collaborate with global stakeholders
Key requirements
  • Experience in data management, reporting, business intelligence or related discipline
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI or similar tools desirable
  • Proven ability to improve processes and automate manual activities
  • Understanding of data quality, governance and information management
  • Interest in and practical application of AI and emerging technologies
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
