In this role you will take end-to-end responsibility for managing and presenting data across the Global Estates function, ensuring accuracy and timely, actionable insights. You will establish data standards, automate reporting, and drive AI-enabled improvements to reduce manual effort. You will partner with the Global Head of Estates and global stakeholders to translate business needs into robust reporting solutions. You will lead continuous improvement of data processes to enable data-driven decision making across Estates.

- Own and manage all key data inputs across Global Estates ensuring information is complete, accurate and timely
- Establish data standards, processes and controls
- Cleansing, validating and reconciling data; resolving errors and inconsistencies
- Own and maintain Estates reports, dashboards and management information
- Automate recurring reports and data consolidation where possible
- Develop effective exception reporting and controls to highlight data issues
- Support data process improvement and standardisation efforts across stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into practical data and reporting solutions
- Support ad-hoc analysis and information requests as required
- Experience in data management, reporting, business intelligence or related discipline
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI or similar tools desirable
- Proven ability to automate manual activities
- Strong understanding of data quality, governance and information management
- Interest in AI and emerging technologies
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
