Data Migration Modernization Specialist

This specialist role focuses on standing up data services and streaming components within a strictly isolated network. You will deploy databases, build ingestion and transformation pipelines, and curate datasets for analytics. The work includes data quality, metadata, lineage, and access registration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and configure database, streaming, and processing components
• Build scheduled and event-driven ingestion pipelines, including change data capture
• Develop transformation logic and business rules for curated datasets
• Implement automated data quality validation across pipelines
• Collaborate on infrastructure-as-code deployment and data modelling

Requirements:

• Five years designing and maintaining data pipelines or transformation solutions
• Experience building scalable data platforms as a data engineer
• Advanced proficiency in data architecture and pipeline implementation
• Experience with cloud providers or open-source data technologies
• Two of Java, Scala, and Python, plus a related degree or diploma
