Overview
In this role you will translate client requirements into scalable data solutions and lead data conversion projects that move legacy portfolio data into Addepar. You’ll work cross-functionally with Services, Sales, Product and Engineering to scale workflows and improve tooling. The role combines client-facing consulting with internal process improvements to support rapid growth. You will solve complex data challenges in a fast-paced environment, delivering measurable impact for clients and the platform.
Responsibilities- Translate client requirements into flexible, scalable data solutions
- Lead data conversion projects to ETL historical portfolio data from legacy systems into Addepar
- Prioritise and manage multiple concurrent projects to completion
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows
- Set and communicate expectations with clients and internal teams
- Communicate proactively and professionally with clients
- Collaborate with Services, Sales, Product and Engineering teams
- 2+ years experience in technology, finance, or consulting
- Proficient in Python
- Experience with financial products and securities modeling
- Solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
