  • 8+ years of experience in data modeling, ETL development, data engineering, or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
  • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT development, data warehousing, and data integration.
  • Experience designing dimensional data models, star schemas, and fact/dimension tables.
  • Knowledge of Delta Lake, Lakehouse architecture, and medallion architecture.
  • Experience with supply chain data domains, including inventory, procurement, logistics, order management, or demand planning.
  • Hands-on experience with data transformation, data cleansing, and data quality validation.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud data platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience working with SAP SCM, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP IBP, or other ERP systems.
  • Experience with supply chain platforms such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or Oracle SCM.
  • Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or similar orchestration and ETL tools.
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting and visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and automated deployment pipelines.
  • Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and enterprise data architecture.
