In this senior role, you will drive a strategic data warehouse and integration programme built on Snowflake to support a global asset management platform. You will coordinate with data engineering, architecture, product, and client delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes that align with business objectives. You will model data for a wide range of financial instruments and standardise representations across trade types, while exploring AI opportunities within the program. You will act as the primary liaison to senior stakeholders and shape data requirements through collaborative workshops, delivering measurable impact for clients and the business.
Responsibilities- Align technical delivery with business objectives
- Define data models for a broad set of financial instruments
- Standardise representations across trade types within the data model
- Drive AI usage within the programme
- Map upstream and downstream data usage across systems
- Serve as primary contact for senior stakeholders across tech, product, and client teams
- Manage stakeholder expectations, progress reporting, and risk escalation
- Facilitate workshops to refine business and data requirements
- Proven experience in complex capital market projects
- Experience delivering data warehouse or data platform initiatives
- Solid understanding of modern data architectures and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake)
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT, pipelines, APIs, and data modelling
- Ability to engage effectively with architects and engineers without hands-on work
- Strong understanding of a broad range of financial instruments across FX, MM, IRD, EQD
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tooling (Jira, Confluence)
- Ability to operate in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders and clients in delivery-critical environments
