Data Modelling Assistant

The Data Modelling Assistant supports Strategic Procurement Services with creating a Power BI model and related dashboards to track university procurement spend across purchasing channels under the direction of Assistant Director, Strategic Sourcing.

Education:

Completion of the first year in a post-secondary program in mathematics, computer science, data analytics, business analytics, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 1-year experience developing models, databases, reports, or dashboards using Power BI in a work or academic setting.

Skills:

• Ability to communicate information and findings clearly and concisely.
• Ability to meet deadlines and organize time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and within a project environment.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to organize, analyze, and present data.
