In this role you will establish enterprise-wide data standards and oversee data quality, security, and accessibility. You’ll lead governance initiatives and manage the data lifecycle, partnering with business and tech teams to maximize trust in data assets. You will drive process improvements and automate operational tasks to support internal decision-making. The position sits within the Data Strategy Group, contributing to reliable data for complex financial services work. You will work cross-functionally to optimize data flows and resolve data-related issues, enabling informed client solutions.
Responsibilities- Monitor and manage Data Operations pipelines with a focus on cleansing and reviewing corporate structures and company-level data
- Lead incident management and root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence
- Develop knowledge of how firm captures, cleans, and utilizes data to support processes and queries
- Drive automation of operational tasks, deployments, and data validation
- Collaborate with Banker Success, Product, and Engineering to meet operational requirements; serve as escalation point for data issues
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and reliability across the business; manage legacy processes as needed
- Bachelor (minimum 2.1)
- 1-3 years in operations or research roles
- Strong financial and computer skills
