Westminster City Council is seeking a Data and Performance Manager for the Housing Needs service. You will lead data quality, intelligence and BI to drive operational performance and inform strategic decisions across homelessness and housing services.

You'll oversee performance frameworks, statutory reporting and dashboards, line-manage a small team, and build strong relationships with internal teams and partner agencies to deliver evidence-based improvements for residents and stakeholders.
