As a Data Platform Engineer at Lendable, you will address complex data challenges and own areas of the platform in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities
  • Own and tackle defined areas of the data platform, delivering pragmatic, scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with product, analytics and engineering to gather context and align stakeholders
  • Contribute to building a reliable, cost-aware data infrastructure with strong security foundations
  • Enable fast, iterative analytics from idea to insight
  • Work across a broad tech stack and adapt to evolving requirements
Key requirements
  • Solid programming ability (Python or similar)
  • Strong experience with Snowflake (or similar warehouses)
  • Understanding of software engineering patterns and architectures
  • Experience building data-intensive systems
  • Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
  • Infrastructure as code (Terraform ideally)
  • CI/CD best practices
  • Familiarity with modern data architectures (Lambda/Kappa)
  • Self-starter with ownership
  • Strong problem solving
  • Good judgment on build vs buy decisions
  • Python
  • SQL
  • Terragrunt
