The kind of person we're looking for

You don't need to be a manager or have a big leadership background. We're much more interested in someone who is a solid hands‑on engineer who likes getting into the detail, figuring things out and improving how things work. If you're a Snowflake administrator who has strong development/IaC skills, a DevOps engineer moving into data platforms, or a Data Engineer who has developed a strong platform engineering skillset, we'd be interested in speaking with you. There's plenty of opportunity to learn and develop.
