Data Platform Operations Manager - Microsoft Fabric

A large global organisation is building a brand-new Data & AI function and investing heavily in a new enterprise data platform built around Microsoft Fabric and Azure .

We’re looking for a Data Platform Operations Manager to help take operational ownership of the platform – ensuring it is stable, secure, performant and ready to support Data Engineering, Analytics and AI teams globally.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating and supporting the Microsoft Fabric platform
• Managing Fabric capacities, workspaces, permissions and environments
• Supporting Dev, Test, UAT, Pre-Prod and Production environments
• Managing releases, deployment pipelines and CI/CD through Azure DevOps
• Monitoring platform health, performance, capacity and consumption
• Managing incidents, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Building monitoring, alerting and operational dashboards
• Driving DataOps, automation and continuous improvement
• Working closely with Data Engineering, Architecture, Security and Governance teams
