Data Principal

As Data Principal you will lead AND Digital's Data & AI Practice locally, shaping data capability and client partnerships. You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution to deliver enterprise-scale data solutions. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and the global data practice to drive growth, quality, and value for clients. This role offers the chance to influence data platforms, architecture choices, and AI-enabled data products in a fast-changing environment.

• Lead the local Data & AI Practice and expand data capability
• Deliver client-facing data solutions in multi-vendor settings
• Translate complex data concepts into business value for stakeholders
• Design scalable, value-driven data systems (data products)
• Guide teams through the full Data Product Lifecycle and agile delivery
• Maintain high quality, performance, and reliability of data programs
• Foster partnerships with technology vendors and clients

• Proven track record of managing and inspiring data teams
• Experience solving enterprise-scale data problems and delivering client value
• Strong understanding of data platforms (Azure and/or AWS) and production data tooling (Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric)
• Hands-on programming knowledge (Python, SQL, R)
• Ability to translate data concepts to business outcomes and manage multi-vendor environments
• Strategic mindset with focus on quality assurance and performance tuning
