Data Product Analyst - Digital Manufacturing

In this role, you help build a coherent, scalable data foundation for Digital Manufacturing, connecting shopfloor, MES, ERP, and cloud data platforms. You will enable data-driven decisions across Reckitt’s global factory network, translating use cases into data models and ensuring robust, interoperable solutions. You’ll work with Digital Product Owners, site teams, and IT to align data solutions with business needs and governance. This is an impact‑oriented opportunity to shape how data enables operational excellence in manufacturing at scale. - Map end-to-end data flows across shopfloor systems, MES, ERP, and data platforms; document data ownership and inconsistencies
- Support design of scalable data architecture aligned with operational and cloud platforms
- Define and enforce data connectivity standards, ingestion logic, naming and structuring principles
- Translate business use cases into data requirements and models; coordinate with Digital Product Owners, site teams, and IT&D
- Provide visibility on data dependencies, readiness, and risks; support PMO with data-driven inputs and decision support
- Ensure a single, consistent data logic across the programme
- Collaborate with IT to ensure solutions are technically robust and meet business needs
- 2–5 years experience in manufacturing/CPG data analytics or data engineering
- Exposure to supply chain processes and digital IT-enabled manufacturing environments
- Experience with data platforms (Siemens, Azure, AWS) is a plus
- Proficiency in SQL and Python; data modelling; data pipelines/APIs
- Understanding of cloud environments (AWS desirable) and industrial systems (MES/SCADA/PLC)
- Strong system thinking, structured approach, pragmatism and clear communication with factory teams and IT stakeholders
