Data Product & Analytics Engineering Senior Manager

As Data Product & Analytics Engineering Senior Manager, you lead the Analytics Engineering team to design and deliver data products that power business decisions. You own the analytics roadmap, shaping data models, marts, and governance to enable trusted, reusable data representations. You collaborate across Product, Data Engineering and Insights to ensure end-to-end delivery and alignment with Moneybox’s mission in a regulated, fintech context. You’ll shape architecture decisions and coach engineers to own solutions with business impact.

• Lead and develop a team of four Analytics Engineers across levels
• Provide technical direction and foster ownership of solution design
• Shape modelling and architecture decisions; push for reuse and simplified data representations
• Own the Analytics Engineering roadmap: models, marts, attributes, metrics, and architectural improvements
• Drive centralised data models and reduce duplicate transformation logic
• Own data products end-to-end from discovery to adoption and ongoing ownership
• Coordinate dependencies across Product Engineering, Data Engineering, Insights, and Reporting teams
• Assess stakeholder problems to determine whether to build new attributes, metrics, models, or enhancements to existing data products

• 5+ years in data architecture and analytical data modelling
• Experience with dbt and cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake)
• Experience leading or mentoring Data/Analytics Engineers
• Understanding of the complete data lifecycle from ingestion to consumption
• Experience managing roadmaps and prioritising competing requirements
• Strong communication with both engineers and senior business stakeholders
