Data Programmer (UK - Hybrid)

In this Data Programmer role, you will develop and support clinical database programming activities across trial setup, conduct, and close-out, ensuring compliance with SOPs, GXP, and CDISC standards. You will work within the Data Management and Biometrics team at Belfast, with hybrid working options. You’ll deliver high-quality SAS-based programming outputs on time and contribute to process improvements. This position offers training and a clear path to impact clinical trial data quality and regulatory readiness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the health and well-being of patients worldwide.

• SAS pre-database lock programming for data collection, reporting, and cleaning
• Support data import programming and reconciliation
• Deliver and support data transfers (raw/CDASH, lab-only, CDISC/SDTM, or sponsor-specific formats)
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Ensure timely, high-quality outputs with well-documented SAS code

• Bachelor (or equivalent) with 1+ years programming experience, or comparable experience
• SAS experience and clinical data exposure preferred
• Computer science, Mathematics or IT background considered
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
