Data Quality and Systems Analyst

Validate SAP, Salesforce, and vendor data as a Data and Business Systems Analyst supporting accuracy across business platforms. Investigate discrepancies with detailed Excel analysis.

This analyst connects business processes, data, and technology platforms. The work includes validating information across multiple systems and supporting recurring revenue data. You will also assist with Automation Anywhere processes, exceptions, and optimization while communicating issues clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate data across SAP, Salesforce, and vendor systems
• Identify root causes and coordinate corrective actions
• Perform data cleansing, corrections, and ongoing maintenance
• Investigate contracts, subscriptions, pricing, billing, and renewals
• Support recurring monthly and quarterly data validation

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail identifying inconsistencies and anomalies
• Strong Excel skills with large datasets and reconciliations
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities
• Experience with multiple systems, SAP, or Salesforce preferred
