Data Quality & EHR Coordinator

Community Health Action of Staten Island (CHASI) seeks a Data & Quality Coordinator to support data entry, tracking, and analysis across departments. You will help ensure database access, training, and quality support for program staff and the DDQ team.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus experience with data collection in nonprofit or government funding settings; supervisory experience is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
