Data Quality Manager

In this role you will lead the data quality improvements across LNWH and The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to ensure data accuracy, trusted information and usefulness for patient care and decision-making. You will work with clinical, operational and corporate teams to identify quality issues, drive governance, and promote best practices. You will monitor quality performance, report findings and implement corrective actions, influencing data culture and bringing measurable impact to information value across the organisations. A key hook is shaping data quality culture within a complex NHS environment to support care, performance and statutory reporting.

• Lead initiatives within the Trust's Data Quality Programme to meet standards for patient care, performance management and reporting.
• Identify, analyse and resolve data quality issues; develop controls, monitoring and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective/preventative actions for recurring issues.
• Build strong relationships with clinical, operational and corporate teams to improve data capture accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Digital, BI, Clinical Systems, Training and Information Governance to embed data quality practices and raise data literacy across the Trusts.

• Experience in data quality management within a healthcare setting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement to present findings to varied audiences.
