Data & Reporting Analyst: Power BI & Service Analytics

Harmony Fire Ltd. is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to join the Service team in Yeovil. You will own data quality, structure, and integrity of service desk data end-to-end, building dashboards and automated reports to ensure transparency for clients and internal stakeholders.

You will work with helpdesk advisors to identify trends and drive data-driven improvements. The role emphasizes data automation, monthly reporting packs, and ensuring contracts reflect SLAs and asset data.
