- Lead end-to-end analytics solutions across the full modeling lifecycle
- Apply analytics, optimization methods, and ML to energy and utilities challenges
- Translate client requirements into actionable analytical deliverables and communicate findings to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate within agile, cross-functional teams to build high-performance data products
- Degree, Master's, or PhD in Data Science, Mathematics, Operational Research, Physics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel; exposure to Databricks, PySpark, Palantir Foundry, or R
- Proven experience in advanced analytics, algorithm design, OR, or big data engineering
- Direct experience or strong interest in energy networks, utilities operations, and environmental infrastructure
- UK security vetting prerequisites: British Citizenship or 5 years continuous UK residence
