Data Science Director - FinTech Growth & Impact (12m FTC)

Cognify Search is partnering with a high-growth FinTech to recruit a Head of Data Science on a 12-month FTC. You will lead and grow the data science team, balance hands-on technical work with strategic governance, and set the standard for modelling quality across the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Pricing and senior stakeholders to identify where data science can deliver meaningful commercial impact and ensure rapid delivery.
