Data Scientist - Analytics Business Consulting

• Design, prototype, and scale advanced analytics solutions for Life Sciences customers across European markets
• Process, harmonize, and connect Veeva Data Cloud with European healthcare data assets
• Develop and apply statistical methods, ML, and AI to solve high-impact business questions
• Build HCP precision engagement engines integrating healthcare data with CRM for targeted activation
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end analytical solutions with iterative feedback
• Maintain documentation of data methodologies, model architectures, and validation processes

• 2+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or ML, preferably in Life Sciences/healthcare
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with predictive modeling and AI
• Experience writing process docs and technical specifications to ensure quality and scalability
