Salary: £40,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements

  • Proven delivery leadership for complex technology initiatives in regulated environments
  • Financial Crime Risk domain experience (AML/sanctions/fraud/investigations) with evidence of operational adoption
  • Hands-on experience delivering AI solutions to production (GenAI/LLM and/or agentic patterns) with measurable operational outcomes
  • Strong technical grounding in several of the following: Python and/or JVM languages, REST/gRPC APIs, microservices, containers/Kubernetes, CI/CD, release management, SQL and data integration patterns (batch/stream), data quality controls, LLM/agent patterns, observability and production support

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of production-grade AI and Agentic AI solutions for financial crime risk detection and investigation
  • Contribute to solution design and build where needed, including LLM/agent workflow design, API/service integration, and evaluation harnesses
  • Drive execution across engineering, ML engineering/data science, product, operations, compliance, model risk, architecture, cyber security, and technology controls
  • Create clear decision packs with options and trade-offs across risk, cost, time, and value, and steer stakeholders to timely decisions
  • Manage releases through build, test, deployment, and hypercare, while tracking benefits and outcomes
