In this Growth Data Scientist role, you will build predictive models to steer acquisition, activation, and retention. You’ll translate data into clear recommendations and partner with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. • Develop and maintain predictive models across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention)
• Understand commercial levers and how models influence them
• Evaluate complex datasets to uncover opportunities and drive smarter decisions
• Translate analyses into concise, actionable narratives for stakeholders
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of solutions
• Explore and advise on cutting-edge data science tools and techniques

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to translate findings into clear recommendations
• 2+ years experience building statistical models in Python and extracting/manipulating data in SQL
• 2:1 or higher in a quantitative degree from a top university
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment
