• Collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams to develop analytics solutions
• Translate business problems into analytical challenges and build models
• Evaluate models with relevant metrics to ensure impact

• Upto 2 years of professional experience applying ML and data mining to real-world datasets
• Programming experience in R and/or Python; experience with SPSS/SAS is a plus
• Ability to prototype statistical analyses and develop data-driven solutions in new domains
• Ability to independently own and drive model development under deadlines
• Strong analytics aptitude and passion for solving complex data challenges
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and local languages
