Data Scientist, Partner Flow — Causal Growth & Flexible Hours

iwoca is seeking a Data Scientist for the Partner Flow team in London, offering a hybrid work arrangement. You will drive experiment design and causal inference to shape growth through partner platforms, and own projects from discovery to delivery.

You’ll collaborate with product, commercial and strategy colleagues, building models and performing funnel analyses to guide decisions. Expect ~10% time for research and new methods, with cross-functional engagement across data science, engineering,
