Data Scientist, Partner Flow — Experiments & Growth

iwoca is seeking a Data Scientist for the Partner Flow team to shape growth through partner platforms using experiments and causal inference. You’ll own projects from problem framing to delivery, working with product, commercial, and strategy colleagues to align on priorities and impact.

The role emphasizes experimental design, causal inference, modelling, and funnel analysis, with about 10% of time for research to improve methods.
