Data Scientist - Partner Flow Team

As part of the Partner Flow team, you apply experiments and causal inference to shape how iwoca grows via partner platforms. You will own projects from problem framing to delivering insights that inform product decisions, with collaboration across product, commercial, and strategy stakeholders. The role blends experimentation, model work, and funnel analysis to improve application, routing, and offer terms. You will contribute to a growing analytics culture and share learnings across the organisation.

• Design and analyse experiments to inform product decisions
• Perform causal inference and lift studies beyond A/B tests
• Build and validate statistical models where needed
• Conduct funnel analysis from application to drawdown
• Own projects from problem framing to decision delivery
• Share learnings through write-ups and presentations
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and commercial teams
• Contribute to defining and improving data science methods within the team

• Statistical foundations in a quantitative field
• Proven experience with causal inference and experimentation design
• Commercial experience applying data science to business decisions
• Analytical ownership from problem to decision
• Ability to iterate and update analyses as new data arrives
• Experience using AI to enhance analysis or tooling
• Clear written and verbal communication tailored for non-technical stakeholders
