Overview

In this role you will translate client data needs into scalable Addepar solutions and lead data conversion projects. You’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely data integration from legacy systems. You help scale our data tooling and processes while maintaining a consultative, client-first approach. This is a fast-paced, impact-driven position within a mission‑critical data platform used by leading investment firms.

Responsibilities
  • Translate client requirements into scalable data solutions
  • Lead data conversion projects ETL historical portfolio data from legacy systems into Addepar
  • Prioritise and manage multiple concurrent projects to completion
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate workflows
  • Set, lead, and communicate expectations internally and externally
  • Maintain proactive, consultative client communication
  • Collaborate with Services, Sales, Product and Engineering teams
Key requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in technology, finance, or consulting
  • Proficient in Python programming language
  • Experience with financial products and securities modeling
  • Solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Strong work ethic and teamwork
