Data Solutions Manager

In this role you drive data solutions for client onboarding and project delivery within Omnicom’s London teams. You will define data requirements, create governance-ready documentation, and lead dashboard development to translate needs into actionable insights. You’ll ensure data quality and compliant data governance while supporting junior colleagues and promoting data best practices across the business. You join a cross‑functional environment focused on impactful, data‑driven client outcomes.

• Onboard new clients and projects with standardized processes to enable efficient, quality-driven data delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture data requirements and document data projects (dashboards, automated reports)
• Create documentation and training content for policy or data requirement changes
• Coordinate with Data SMEs to ensure governance, controls, and audit readiness
• Translate agency and client data challenges into practical data solutions
• Lead dashboard development from requirements to end-user training
• Maintain data quality and implement automated governance with monitoring for data issues
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Support data culture initiatives and promote data best practices across the business

• Proficiency in data management concepts: governance, quality, integration, lifecycle management
• Experience delivering data pipelines, data warehouses/lakes, and data modelling principles
• Proven track record managing multiple data projects from initiation to delivery
• Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and related tools
• Solid understanding of databases and cloud platforms (SQL, NoSQL, AWS, Azure, GCP) and data services
• Ability to collaborate with data engineers and business users to ensure efficient data delivery and analysis
• 3+ years’ experience developing Power BI dashboards
• Experience managing BI projects
• Microsoft Fabric experience is a bonus
