Overview
In this role within the FINMAR technical management team, you will deepen understanding of available data and platforms while building business knowledge to translate requirements into effective solutions. You will support the delivery team to continuously improve products and services and manage stakeholder expectations. When deadlines are tight or tasks are complex, you’ll develop reporting outputs and hand them to the support team for ongoing maintenance. You will contribute to IT projects with a focus on data accuracy through testing and auditing, shaping insights for insurers and clients.

- Understand data sources and platforms; align with business requirements
- Develop and apply reporting outputs; transition to support for ongoing maintenance
- Provide guidance and support to the delivery/support teams for continual product improvement
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communications across technical and non-technical audiences
- Support a range of IT projects with a focus on data accuracy through testing/auditing
- Apply testing and auditing techniques to retain high data accuracy
