Overview
In this role you will shape and evolve internal content tools and capabilities to serve internal and external customers of the LSEG Content offerings. You will own strategy, design, and release planning for content-related products, aligning with cross-functional teams and stakeholder needs. You will drive technology-led transformation, ensure quality, and promote adoption across the Content organisation. You will partner with leadership to turn business cases into marketable solutions and measure impact through defined KPIs.

- Analyze interactions between Content teams and data handoffs to find automation opportunities
- Collaborate with UI/tools to minimize process gaps

- Define metrics and KPIs to report tool effectiveness and stability
- Own parameters for reporting tool performance and resilience
- 10+ years in financial markets and operations with data operations experience
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking
- 5+ years of leadership with talent development
- Experience delivering transformational, product-led changes
- Ability to strategize delivery of business cases and prioritize under pressure
- Excellent communication to senior executives and stakeholders
- Understanding of coding (Python, SQL) and AI Agents
- Expert user of MSFT and LSEG tools
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
