Overview

In this role, you will drive the transformation of our data landscape by leading the Enterprise Data Platform initiative. You’ll partner with business, IT and data teams to turn data into actionable insights, enabling better decisions and faster value realization. You’ll manage large-scale data projects, align the roadmap with strategy and KPIs, and guide adoption through change management. This is a chance to shape data capabilities at a scale that supports resilient, customer-focused insurance services. Responsibilities
  • Define and own the data transformation roadmap, aligning with strategy, KPIs, budgets and value expectations
  • Lead large-scale data transformation initiatives to deliver modern data solutions and improve analytics maturity
  • Track and communicate the value of data and AI initiatives with clear measurement frameworks
  • Partner with business, IT and data teams to shape requirements, timelines and deliverables
  • Support successful adoption of the Enterprise Data Platform through effective change-management strategies
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of data transformation projects, mitigate risks, optimise resources and deliver measurable outcomes
Key requirements
  • Experience leading data transformation and large-scale data projects
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise data architecture principles
  • Understanding of data management, compliance frameworks and data governance
  • Experience with data quality frameworks and organisational change management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills
  • Familiarity with the insurance domain and the full data value chain
