Overview

As Data Transformation Lead, you will steer Intact’s shift to a scalable Enterprise Data Platform, partnering across business, IT and data teams to unlock value from data and AI. You will own the transformation roadmap and drive large-scale initiatives that advance analytics maturity and platform capabilities. You’ll measure impact, manage change, and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery to accelerate data-driven decision making in insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Define and own the data transformation roadmap aligned with strategy, KPIs, budgets and value
  • Lead large-scale data transformation initiatives to deliver modern data solutions and improve analytics maturity
  • Track and communicate the value of data and AI initiatives with clear measurement frameworks
  • Partner with business, IT and data teams to shape requirements, timelines and deliverables
  • Support adoption of the Enterprise Data Platform through effective change-management strategies
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of data transformation projects, mitigating risks and optimizing resources
  • Ensure solutions meet organisational needs and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive data-driven decision making
Key requirements
  • Experience leading data transformation and large-scale data projects
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise data architecture principles
  • Understanding of data management, compliance frameworks and data governance
  • Experience with data quality frameworks and organisational change management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills
  • Familiarity with the insurance domain and the full data value chain
