Database Reliability Engineer SQL Server

As a Database Administrator, you will maintain, operate, and support production databases in managed hosting services. You will help improve reliability, availability, performance, and resilience across more than 75 data environments. The work spans SQL Server, Azure SQL Managed Instance, and DBaaS solutions, with collaboration across development, support, infrastructure, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advance Database Reliability Engineering practices through automation and observability
• Diagnose and resolve database incidents affecting application operations
• Support performance, integrity, and availability issues
• Manage database imports, exports, and conversions
• Collaborate on process and solution performance improvements

Requirements:

• Production database administration experience across cloud and on-premises environments
• Expertise in reliability, availability, resilience, and performance
• Automation experience using scripting and recurring operational tasks
• PowerShell, Shell, Batch, or similar tools knowledge
• Oracle PL/SQL or Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL experience
