Overview
In this Solution Architect role, you guide technical strategy to deliver transformative data and AI solutions for clients. You work with delivery teams and stakeholders to shape designs, roadmaps, and proposals, while supporting sales and building trusted client relationships. You mentor junior colleagues and translate complex concepts into clear value propositions for business leaders. You help shape go-to-market offerings and lead intelligent data platform initiatives that leverage lakehouse architectures for reporting and AI-powered analytics.
Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership on client projects and shape architectural decisions
- Drive high-level design, plans, roadmaps, and design artifacts with delivery teams
- Contribute to sales by proposing innovative, win-ready solutions and drafting proposals
- Guide estimates and contractual details for client engagements with SMEs
- Coach and mentor more junior colleagues within the technical community
- Translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand value for senior stakeholders
- Engage early with clients and sales to support origination, requirements capture, and solutioning
- Recommend best practices and build strong client relationships as trusted advisor
- Prepare and present solutions in deal reviews and lead client negotiations
- Collaborate with Data & AI leadership to shape offerings, accelerators, and IP for go-to-market
- Lead development of intelligent data platform projects and cross-system data integration
